Ben Gardner - CEO
Ben is a 25-year veteran of health care, marketing, and marketing services.
Ben started his career in sales and marketing with medical device manufacturers and clinical software developers including Stryker Medical and Health Payment Review (later purchased by McKesson).
Most recently Ben helped build Imagitas, an upstart marketing services company, into $100+ million per year enterprise. Ben spent his time at Imagitas leading new business initiatives, including ParentSource (a successful couponing and sampling partnership with McDonalds Corp), and DriverSource, a direct marketing program in partnership with State DMV's. Pitney Bowes purchased Imagitas in 2005 for over $275 Million.
Ben earned a B.S. in Marketing from Bentley College.
Dan McCabe - Senior Vice President of Sales
Dan is a 20-year CPG and marketing services veteran.
Dan started his career in consumer-packaged goods with Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, Ltd. At Wyeth, he quickly moved through the ranks, becoming the youngest District Manager in the company's history, and later became National Accounts Manager.
After a successful stint as an entrepreneur, Dan joined Catalina Marketing's online couponing business and later moved to Catalina's base-business where he helped to pioneer the company's targeted sampling business.
Dan then ran a new division of Imagitas focused on the Catalog business. Dan and his team took the business from product concept to a profitable national launch in less than two years.
Most recently Dan was with Affinnova, an advanced market research firm where he led a successful turnaround of the company's Client Management & Client Services teams.
Dan earned a B.S. in Economics from Fordham University.
Per Jensen – VP Marketing Operations
Per brings more than 17 years of experience in analytics, consumer research and product development in healthcare and marketing services.
Per started his career at Euromed in new product development working as a consultant to E. R. Squibb where he helped redesign their complete line of ostomy products for automated production. Later he worked for Nielsen, Catalina Marketing and Imagitas to leverage consumer and marketing science insights for customers such as Unilever, Kraft, Reckitt Benckiser, J. C. Penny, The Home Depot and M&M Mars. Later he successfully started Catalina Marketing in Germany where he was Country Manager.
Most recently Per rejoined Nielsen in their Analytical Consulting practice where he successfully lead the start up of marketing mix analytics for Kraft's hot and cold beverages.
Per earned a M.Sc. in Engineering from Denmark's Technical University and a MBA from Columbia Business School (beta gamma sigma honor).
Patricia Cmielewski – Senior Vice President, Network Development
Patricia is a seasoned marketing executive with 18 years of experience focused on the healthcare industry. She has worked with leading health plans, PBM's, disease management firms and DME companies.
Patricia applied her leadership and marketing skills as SVP of Strategic Marketing at Liberty Medical Supply, the nation's largest provider of diabetic testing supplies, which was purchased by Medco Health Solutions during her tenure. While serving as Vice President of Marketing for Health Dialog, a leading disease management firm, she built a core marketing function and brokered numerous trade partnerships. Patricia's marketing agency experience includes stints with Digitas and Hill Holliday, where she was Vice President, Account Services for clients such as CVS/Pharmacy and Humana. Patricia also managed marketing strategy and communications for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates.
Patricia holds an MBA from Boston University and a BA from Pennsylvania State University.
